  • 16 hours of postpartum care

  • Flexible scheduling: use as 4 daytime visits or 2 overnight shifts

  • Hands-on newborn care and soothing support

  • Feeding guidance (breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or combination feeding)

  • Help understanding your baby’s cues and needs

  • Light household support related to baby care (bottles, baby laundry, tidying)

  • Emotional support and reassurance during this transition

  • Gentle guidance to help you feel more confident and prepared
