Fresh Start Postpartum Reset
The early weeks of parenthood bring a lot of change, physically, emotionally, and at home. During this season, everyday tasks like cleaning and organizing can quickly feel unmanageable.
The Fresh Start Postpartum Reset is a practical in-home service for new and expecting parents who want their home to feel more functional and less overwhelming. Rather than deep cleaning or rigid systems, this service focuses on restoring order to the spaces that matter most in daily life with a new baby.
Each session is guided by your priorities and comfort level. The goal is to create flow, reduce visual clutter, and make routines easier during recovery and adjustment.
Sessions may include:
Light cleaning and organization of selected areas
Kitchen or bathroom resets
Baby care station setup for feeding, diapering, or pumping
Laundry folding and basic organization
Decluttering frequently used spaces
This service is designed to meet families where they are. It is flexible, low-pressure, and tailored to the realities of postpartum life.
The Fresh Start Postpartum Reset can be booked on its own or combined with postpartum doula care for more comprehensive support.
